Located on the shoreline of the crystal-clear Newfound Lake, Camp Berea has something for everyone. From kayaking to high ropes, from a giant slip-and-slide to paintball, from locally roasted coffee to board games, you can fill your time however you’d like. Paired with highly equipped meeting spaces, comfortable cabins, a 2-court gym, and high-energy staff, Camp Berea is the ideal space to get away to make memories and build relationships like never before.
Rates
Let us handle everything behind the scenes so you can do what you do best: invest in your group. We’ll manage the food and lodging, provide activities for you to choose from, supply meeting spaces and equipment, and so much more.

Gym
Can seat 300+. Equipped with a stage with a projector and 2 TVs, sound equipment, and lights.
*Only available for exclusive groups of 225+
Lodge
Can seat up to 100. Equipped with a fireplace, sound equipment, and a projector.
A-Frame Chapel
Can seat up to 200. Equipped with sound equipment and a projector.
Amphitheater
Can seat up to 100+. Equipped with a fire pit and stocked wood. Located above the field, near the Gymnasium.

Lydia Room
Can seat up to 40. Equipped with a TV and whiteboard. Located in the Gym building.
Ruth Room
Can seat up to 40. Equipped with a TV and whiteboard. Located in the Gym building.
Timothy Room
Can seat up to 70. Equipped with a TV and whiteboard. Located in the Gym building.

All meals are served buffet style in our Dining Hall. Allergy-friendly accommodations are available upon request. When multiple groups are on site at the same time, groups are assigned tables to guarantee seating together.

You are welcome to book any of our sites exclusively, meaning your group is guaranteed to be the only one hosting a retreat on that site at that time. Talk to our Guest Group Coordinator about minimum attendees or offsetting fee exceptions to make this happen.
